Current Programmes

An increasing part of our work involves designing and facilitating major national and international leadership development programmes. Three current events include:

The Top Management Programme (TMP) for Higher Education

Dr Tom Kennie has been responsible for the past 10 years as co-Programme Director for this flagship programme offered by the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education. With over 400 alumni, over 50 of whom are now CEO's and Vice Chancellors, this programme has become the key programme to attend for those in senior leadership positions in higher education.

Dr Tom Kennie will be facilitating and contributing to this programme which will take place in Hong Kong in late 2010 and in Singapore in 2011. This event is designed for senior leaders in higher education in both the UK and Australia.

Innovations in Research Capacity Building

Ranmore working in collaboration with Professor Brenda Cooper (see her profile on the network section) are now offering a suite of developmental workshops for researchers. Aimed at experienced research leaders, those new to developing a research profile and those starting out as PhD supervisors, the programmes can be offered as stand-alone events or tailored to the needs of a particular university, Faculty or School. The brochure available below provides more information.
